EXCHANGES
All Sales are Final Sale. We do not exchange any items. By purchasing from www.KurvesByJanet.com you agree to these terms of service.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If not reported within 24 hours we will not be able to issue an exchange. Defective/Damaged items must be unworn to be able issue an exchange.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once the order is Shipped a Tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided for your order. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
U.S SHIPPING
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm PST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes 3-5 business days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Order processing during sale/promotions/holiday/restock/new release periods may take longer due to high volume.Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under.

Lost or Stolen Packages
KurvesByJanet is not Responsible or Liable for any Lost or Stolen Packages. If your package says Delivered on the Post Office website and you did not receive it, you will have to contact your local post office to file a claim.
